Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings made with Baten Khan Tours & Travels. By confirming a booking you agree to the conditions below.

Booking & payment

• A booking is confirmed after receiving the advance payment (usually 30%).
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before departure, or as stated in the package.
• Prices may change due to airline fare, currency or government tax changes before full payment.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for valid passports and truthful information. Visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassy.

Cancellation & refund policy

• 30+ days before departure: advance refunded minus non-refundable costs (visa, airline penalties).
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the package price is charged.
• Less than 15 days / no-show: no refund.
• Refunds are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
