Is Baten Khan Tours & Travels government approved?
Yes. We are licensed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism, approved for Hajj by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and members of IATA, ATAB and TOAB.
How do I book a package?
Choose a package and send a booking request online, call our hotline or visit our Paltan office. A 30% advance confirms your seat; the balance is due 15 days before departure.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, all major cards, bKash, Nagad and Rocket. EMI is available on selected credit cards.
Can you customise a tour for my family?
Absolutely. Tell us your dates, budget and interests and our planners will design a private itinerary within 24 hours.
What happens if my visa is refused?
Embassy fees are non-refundable, but our service charge is partially refunded and we help you re-apply with a stronger file.
